Refund and Returns Policy
At Anytime Vapors, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy carefully.
1. Hardware (Devices and Batteries)

Eligibility for Exchange: We offer a 30-day exchange window for hardware items, such as devices and batteries, only if they have a manufacturing defect.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Condition for Exchange: The item must be returned in its original packaging (if possible) and with all included components.

Process: If you believe your device or battery has a manufacturing defect, please bring it to one of our store locations within 30 days of purchase for assessment by our staff. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will exchange the item for an identical or comparable product.

Exclusions: Damage resulting from misuse, accidental drops, water damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered manufacturing defects and will not be eligible for exchange.
2. Disposable Vapes, Closed-Pods, and Bottled E-Liquids

Final Sale Policy: Due to the nature of these products (hygiene, safety, and consumable goods), all sales of disposable vapes, closed-pods, and bottled e-liquids are final once opened.

No Returns or Exchanges: We cannot process returns or exchanges for these items once they have been opened or used, unless there is a confirmed product recall or a specific regulatory exception.

Unopened Products: If a disposable vape, closed-pod, or bottled e-liquid is unopened and sealed in its original packaging, and purchased in error, please contact the store location within [X days – e.g., 7 days] of purchase to discuss potential options. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis and a restock fee may apply.
3. General Conditions

Original Packaging: While not always required for defect exchanges, returning items in their original packaging with all accessories is always preferred and can expedite the process.

Discretion: Anytime Vapors reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the terms of this policy are not met.

In-Store Processing: All returns and exchanges must be processed at one of our physical store locations. Please visit the store where you made your purchase, or contact your nearest Anytime Vapors location for assistance.
